Founder - Ashley Lewis

Ashley Lewis founded WOW in 2006 after a smaller community program she operated for women (theT4M Club), grew so rapidly that she knew, she could only continue to accept new members into the program if members could access a more sophisticated website, one that would automate many of the tasks that up until that point had been done manually.

Today, women access WOW from around the globe, 24/7 and as you can imagine, has grown significantly since it's early beginnings. While Ashley continues to takes on an active role in WOW in the capacity of Senior Coach and Training Director, she was delighted to pass across the reigns of President to Ms Jaylyn Bergner, a PR Expert based in Virginia.

Ashley keeps herself busy with her 'day' job as the Founder and CEO of Strategic Trans4mations, a business coaching and consulting firm. When not working Ashley loves to travel, spend time with her family & friends, cruise to exotic places and play with her favorite pup Molly!

Connecting with like-minded individuals and the pursuit of self-betterment have been two main driving forces in my life. For as long as I can remember, I’ve coached my friends during twilight hours about guy issues, life changes, setting high standards in every area of your life, and the idea of not settling, despite how easy it may seem…of pushing the limits, extending yourself, and finding new challenges that encourage self-discipline and growth. So, the opportunity to serve as the president of WOW, and share my enthusiasm for the values on which the organization is founded, seemed a natural marriage for me. Automatically, I was thrilled and excited to accept.

With WOW, I’m looking to create exciting and beneficial programs that will inspire women to push their boundaries—socially, professionally, financially, and spiritually. That and have a little fun…ok…a lot of fun. I love meeting new people and discovering what drives them and how I can help move them to their next place in life. This wonderful organization that Ashley has created is the perfect avenue to do just that!

In addition to my role as a leader within WOW, I founded Begin Communications, a PR and marketing company specializing in using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to build stronger messages with the target audience. Most recently, I was contacted by Green Train Project Founder Bob Wolf to serve as the social media publicist for his environmental awareness concert, boasting an A-list set, which begins in April 2010. Needless to say, I’m ecstatic about this amazing opportunity and where it will lead!
