A core value within our organization, we believe that everyone should be treated with respect. Respect can mean different things for different people so we could write reams on the subject. It is suffice to say that for us here at WOW, people matter, and how they are treated matter.

Education

We value education and believe that life long learning is essential if we hope to reach our full potential as humans. Acquiring knowledge can come from many sources; some of the greatest leaders and teachers of our time never attended university and are considered masters in their fields. We believe in the adage "each of us a student, each of us a teacher".

Joy

To have joy in our hearts is a blessing and something that we value highly in our life and community. What does it matter if we have the biggest house on the street or the most powerful job in the world, if we are not joy filled in heart and soul and feel isolated and unfulfilled. . To us joy is indeed a gift to be treasured.

Courage

We value courage and strive to inspire others to live bold courageous lives. To speak the things we know to be true. To follow our hearts desire, regardless of outside opinion and most of all to speak out against those things that we know to be wrong takes courage.
